Whether in broadcasting, advertising, social marketing, partnership engagement or storytelling, Chantal Jacob has been communicating with Canadians from all walks of life for over 30 years. Passionate for results, she has led several very successful social marketing campaigns in the federal government including the national Education Savings Campaign promoting the Learning Bond to low-income families and the BeAware and Declare Campaign where she successfully negotiated partnerships with international airlines worth well over $20 million dollars per year in free advertising. She has also managed the Direct Deposit advertising campaign at PSPC, collaborated on the H1N1 campaign at the Public Health Agency of Canada and worked on several voter education campaigns at Elections Canada as a multimedia producer. In 2004, she joined the Privy Council with the responsibility of implementing the new centralized advertising process to departments following the Gomery Commission. While in the private sector, Chantal enjoyed a career as a television and video producer at CPAC and 1st Satellite Communications where she covered political events daily for almost 10 years. She is currently the A/Manager for Marketing and Creative Services at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office at ISED.
