MARCOM is looking for volunteers to help in the following ways:
Room Monitors: Gain valuable experience working on an important marketing and communications conference. As a room monitor, you greet attendees, assist speakers, troubleshoot during sessions, and generally ensure the smooth operation of your session room. Professionals or College / University students in marketing and communications will enjoy listening to the latest experts covering key subject matter. Preference will be given to those with event experience, strong customer service, and a proactive approach. Sponsoring companies also welcome for in-kind exchange. Registration / Front-of-House: As an assistant at Registration it is expected that you have experience working at conferences, exceptional customer service skills as well as strong communication skills. This individual is a central point for Director of MARCOM, attendees, sponsors, speakers and anyone participating. You would be responsible for facilitating on-site registration and speaker check-in, taking and disseminating messages and helping to ensure an overall smooth operation.
